These channels guarantee the effectiveness of the report and respect for the confidentiality of the reporter, also pursuant to the provisions of the so-called privacy regulations.

Biotec S.r.l. does not admit any form of retaliation, discrimination or threat against reporting subjects.

Whistleblowing Reports may be made according to the modalities indicated in the attached Whistleblowing Procedure as follows:
